Badass. Today we(Rangers) got Jorge Cantu from the Marlins, for two Double-A pitchers. That's the difference between us and the Yankees. We farm good players from HS, JuCo's, and of course D1's and 2's, and then use them either as players or trade prospects. It's how we got Cliff Lee, it's how we got Bengie Molina, and now it's how we got Cantu. That's how the game is meant to be. Not just throwing 22 million at every star you want. Bitch PLEASE. We pulled cash considerations in all of those deals I mentioned. And you're acting as if we went broke and then the Yankees did us some kind of favor, which is a total crock of shit. And I never said the Yankees farm is absolute shit, but just about every single starter is bought out. Even Moseley who they just brought up, they recently bought. I'm sure there's farmed players I dont know about, but that doesn't change one thing about my original statement.


BTW, I'm obviously not saying instate the salary cap and keep the revenue sharing and luxury. I just think a better system needs to be put in place.
